When we work with clients to redesign their homes we often discover that the furniture pieces that we think would best work in the space are not available. When that happens we work with our trusted manufacturers to create pieces that accent the home perfectly like this Custom Dining Table.
Nothing Would Fit
The Rustic Contemporary Lake House that we worked on next to the Tennessee River had a wall of windows that the owners wanted to take advantage of in the dining room. With this in mind, we chose an upholstered banquette for one side of the table to give them optimal views out the windows. But we couldn’t find a table that fit the space and design of the rest of the house.
Working With Our Partners
At Accents of the South, we have long-standing relationships with a variety of manufacturers that help us bring our clients dreams to life. We turned to one such manufacturer to help us create a Custom Dining Table that met our clients’ desires and fit with the interior design.
Our clients had seen a table that they loved that had a wooden top and metal legs. Unfortunately, it was not available to fit the size of their dining room. But with our expertise in furniture design and relationships with manufacturers we were able to create a table modeled after our inspiration but to fit the space of the home.
The Finished Custom Dining Table
To create the length of the table that we needed we designed the table with three base pieces instead of two. These were made out of a gorgeous metal to accent the design of the rest of the home. The metal table base was then topped a with piece of wood to marry the modern table base with the heritage of the lake home.
