OSBORNE JEWELERS : Accents of the South’s main goal was to accomplish the various requirements and security concerns necessary to run a large jewelry store, while maintaining that showcasing the product was priority number one. This was achieved by keeping the layout simple and selecting finishes that accentuated the jewelry, not detracted from it. Warm neutrals were chosen as the backdrop. Subtle signage was designed to give direction to the cases without competing with what was in them. Velvet benches and gilded accents topped off the design.
PEDIATRICS : Huntsville Pediatric Associates wanted their busy offices to be happy and playful for their young clientele without being over stimulating. It was also important for each of the five pods to be distinguishable from one another. Accents of the South achieved the cheerful, youthful feel through colorful accents seen in the carpet, accent walls and whimsical artwork. Pods were color coded with our vibrant accent colors: pink, blue, yellow and green. The space is now a fun, playful, perfect space for children of all … Read More
RUSTIC CONTEMPORARY : Overlooking a pristine, 69,000-acre reservoir located at the Southern most tip of the Tennessee River, this family’s second home was completed in the spring of 2009. The rustic post and beam structure positioned at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains brings the outdoors in, allowing the owners to truly feel part of their stunning natural surroundings. Accents of the South has assembled comfortable, transitional details that bring serene luxury to a home where weekend guests are welcome and entertaining happens naturally.
PROVIDENCE : When a renowned cheese-maker and interior designer teamed up to create this new build in Providence, magic happened. Rich earth tones of copper , burnt gold and moss green play nicely against the Dutch white backdrop of the home which is set in a traditional colonial style. The luscious enameled walls and velvet drapery in the dining room bring in a sense of friendliness. Upstairs you’ll find a mix of bold yet elegant use of colors.
